Beaumont Tiles Retail Sales Consultant

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers, and maintaining the overall look of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers and provide advice and consultative approach to service
  • Ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, while achieving team sales targets
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, and conduct follow-ups with customers
  • Assist with various warehouse duties, such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expertise knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Merchandising experience
  • Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology-savvy and administrative skills
  • Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products (up to 20kgs)
