About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles Mittagong. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets, and providing expert advice on our extensive range of tiles and bathroom ware.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on tile and bathroom ware selection, installation, and maintenance
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expertise to trade customers and builders
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Merchandising experience
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology savvy and administrative skills
  • Physically able to lift and move heavy products (up to 20kgs)
