About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles Mittagong. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and providing expert advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including customer pick-ups and receiving deliveries

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Merchandising experience
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology savvy and administrative skills
  • Physically able to lift and move heavy products (up to 20kgs)
