Bristol Myers Squibb is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing, and delivering innovative medicines that improve patients' lives. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Associate to join our team.

Job Summary

The Clinical Trial Associate will play a critical role in the management of clinical trials from start-up to closure. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing administrative and business activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clinical trial data and documents in various systems, including CTMS and eTMF.
  • Support document management, including uploading and quality checking documents.
  • Coordinate study-related activities, such as drug importation, invoice review, and site payment reconciliation.
  • Provide administrative support to the study team, including mailing, bill processing, and printing.
  • Obtain insurance certificates and complete debarment checks of investigators.
  • Prepare and distribute study-related files and documents to sites.
  • Support audit preparation and corrective action/preventative action preparation for local issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Life Sciences area, Administrative, Financial, or Accounting related field.
  • 1-3 years' experience in Clinical Research or related work experience.
  • Experience with industry Clinical Trial Management Systems and Clinical Trial Master File Systems or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of GCPs, ICH Guidelines, and local regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of the drug development process and document flow.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and accomplish tasks within a timeframe.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
