Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and collaboration in the healthcare sector. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of community-centred care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultancy and peer support on complex cases
  • Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of services provided by the allied health team and implementing service change and development accordingly
  • Initiating and leading quality and service improvement activities, which may include research activities where appropriate
  • Budget preparation, monitoring and reporting

About You:

We are seeking an experienced professional with excellent communication, liaison, administration and teamwork skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated skills in assessing and resolving clinical problems in multi-disciplinary consultation and liaison
  • Clinical experience as a senior allied health practitioner within a subacute setting, including clinical experience with complex patients
  • Recent experience working in a specialist geriatric inpatient unit
