About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team on the $305m Shoalhaven Hospital redevelopment. As a key member of our site management team, you'll play a critical role in delivering interiors & finishes projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating on-site teams to achieve effective performance in accordance with project plans and specifications.
  • Implementing site safety, quality, and environment control measures.
  • Identifying and assessing potential risks.
  • Providing leadership responsibility in health, safety, and environment management.
  • Contributing to the development of work methods and rolling short-term construction programs.
  • Building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through positive communication.
  • Completing progress reporting and regular updates to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with commercial and financial costs, including budgets and contractual mechanisms.
  • Managing administrative duties and direct report requirements.

What We're Looking For

We need someone with:

  • A trade qualification or similar.
  • Previous experience working on large-scale commercial or healthcare projects (over $50m).
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • A background in carpentry.
  • Experience working with established tier 1/2 main contractors.
