About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Customer Resolution Officer to join our team at FourQuarters Recruitment. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for maintaining all customer service and administration procedures, contributing to process improvements, and ensuring accuracy of invoices and identifying invoice errors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage and follow up on internal and external account queries
  • Perform high-volume data entry and ad hoc administration tasks
  • Ensure accuracy of invoices and identify invoice errors
  • Contribute to process improvements and implement changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven customer service and phone experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team
  • Experience in a high-volume environment
  • Solutions-focused and outcome-driven
