Customer Service Specialist Opportunity

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Glen Iris. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every family and school community we work with feels valued and supported.

This isn't your average customer service job. You'll be at the heart of our operations, providing exceptional support through inbound and occasional outbound phone interactions, answering questions and solving problems with a positive and empathetic approach.

As a Customer Service Specialist, your day-to-day will involve handling a variety of tasks including bookings and account administration, billing inquiries, and supporting business operations with administrative reporting and other ad-hoc duties.

Our flexible schedule offers part-time opportunities with shifts between 6:30am and 9:00pm (AEDT), so you can find a routine that fits your lifestyle.

The role is Monday to Friday, located at our Head Office, close to Tooronga Train Station, offering free parking.

While prior experience in a customer service role is an advantage, we value your attitude and skills above all else. An understanding of outside school hours care operations would be beneficial, but it's not essential.
