Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking an energetic and adaptable professional to join our operations team as a Concierge Ambassador.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while working alongside diverse teams.
Your primary responsibility will be to curate exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impression on visitors and occupants. You will be the driving force behind ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable.
- Curate exceptional experiences for visitors and occupants by proactively anticipating and addressing their needs.
- Drive smooth operations in cases of absences, including service support, holidays, training days, sickness, and temporary vacancies.
- Work across core services: Front of house (Reception), Hospitality, Workplace Solutions, Events and Meeting coordination.
Requirements:
- At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality, airline, retail, or a similar service-oriented sector.
- Strongly embodies a customer-centric and hospitality-led mindset, adapting to visitors'/employees' needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and pragmatic approach, always maintaining a positive and solution-focused mindset in addressing challenges.
