Job Summary
">We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador to join our frontline team at EG Narellan store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.
About the Role
">This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, promoting products, operating point of sale, monitoring fuel/stock deliveries, and maintaining a safe working environment. Our Customer Experience Ambassadors are the face of our brand, ensuring premium presentation of our stores.
Key Responsibilities
">- Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote products and services, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Operate point of sale systems, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor fuel/stock deliveries, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
">- Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
