- Lead tyre management activities across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and peers to achieve business objectives and improve relationships.
- Establish a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the implementation of new technologies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively promote a positive health, safety, environment, and training culture within the organisation.
- Ensure all personnel are aware of and comply with relevant health, safety, environment, and training policies and procedures.
- Investigate and report any incidents or hazards in a timely manner, implementing actions to reduce risks and prevent reoccurrence.
