Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to residents, respecting their individual needs and preferences
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with their medication management and administration
  • Engage with residents in activities and programs that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements
