Cafe Manager

Village Coffee Hub Waratah.

Full-time, must be available to work various days and hours including weekends.

This role is a working manager role and along with working in the cafe, You would be responsible for day to day operations, rostering, training & staff development ,creating an all inclusive team with service as number 1 goal, ability to learn quickly, thorough knowledge of food safety requirements and willing to learn all aspects of cafe including kitchen. This is a demanding role, but for the right person very rewarding.

You would also be joining our leadership team and working with other cafe managers closely.

**Salary**: $59,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year
