Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing large scale construction projects from start to finish. This includes ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.
  • Manage and motivate project teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project partners.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of project delivery, including resource allocation, procurement, and contract management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Experience with project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
