Job Description

Lead Business Transformation

The Marketing and Corporate Affairs team is responsible for developing and delivering the MCA strategy, planning, technology, and operations. As a Product Owner, you will drive process excellence and transformational business outcomes within the business unit.

The role involves leading multiple concurrent projects or programs of work to simplify and streamline processes while managing operational risk. You will identify process improvement opportunities, engage with stakeholders, monitor progress, and demonstrate measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process excellence initiatives to drive transformational business outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Monitor progress and report on key performance indicators

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a complex process excellence or business improvement environment
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher with demonstrated experience in process re-design
  • Effective planning and tactical/strategic planning skills
  • Experience managing complex, strategically important projects with quantifiable service, productivity, experience, and/or risk outcomes
  • Strong decision-making, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • A proactive, positive attitude, self-starter who takes ownership to drive toward an optimal outcome
