Overview

Join the Legal Onboarding Specialist role at Luminance. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Luminance, the pioneer of Legal-Grade AI for enterprise. Luminance is expanding globally, working with enterprise customers across multiple countries.

You will work with a diverse client base and in-house teams in over 60 countries, including AMD, National Grid, LG, and DHL. You will play a central role in ensuring customer success from the outset by collaborating with the customer throughout the onboarding process. Working closely with the Customer Success Manager, you will onboard and implement our legal AI technology to support seamless integration into the customer's contract management processes.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard and implement Luminance's legal AI technology for new customers.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to ensure successful onboarding and integration into existing contract management processes.
  • Engage with diverse client teams and communicate effectively to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of contract law including negotiating commercial agreements.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one given time.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to a diverse audience.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about enhancing customer experiences. Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills. A creative thinker capable of developing innovative strategies for customer engagement.
  • Comfortable with learning and utilizing new software and technology efficiently. Enthusiastic about the intersection of legal services and emerging AI technologies.
  • Undergraduate degree at a 2:1 level, or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Legal experience considered favourably, for example 2+ years paralegal experience or in a legal support role, with the ability to understand legal contracts, negotiation positions and processes. Familiarity with contract management and legal technology is a plus.
