Key Role: Audiologist

We are looking for an experienced and skilled audiologist to join our team. As a leading provider of hearing health care services, we offer a dynamic and supportive environment where you can grow your expertise and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing the extent of client hearing loss using various techniques, including audiometric tests. They will also be required to report results, make referrals to medical practitioners, and provide recommendations for solutions to those with hearing impairment.

  • Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using audiometric tests
  • Reporting results and making referrals to medical practitioners
  • Providing counseling and advice to clients and families as part of overall treatment
  • Developing and managing noise control and hearing conservation strategies
  • Treating and managing hearing and communication disorders

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university qualification in audiology or equivalent
  • Current membership of AudA or ACAud
  • Solid audiological skills and knowledge
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies
  • Proven ability to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
