**Job Role:** Construction OperativeWingecarribee Shire Council is seeking a skilled Construction Operative to join our dedicated team. As an integral part of our construction and maintenance crew, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects that benefit the community.**Responsibilities:
  • Support the construction and maintenance of road and transport infrastructure
  • Undertake manual laboring tasks, operate small tools and machinery, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes for the community
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in construction and/or maintenance (roads and drainage)
  • Proven ability to follow instructions within a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Able to operate handheld tools, equipment, and machinery relevant to the field
  • Hold a C Class Driver's Licence, Traffic Control Combo, and WHS Induction Card
