Project Manager - Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the management of sub-contractor and internal teams, providing leadership by safely managing performance of people, work programs and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participating in formal and contractual meetings with clients and other relevant parties.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating all activities across the contract, including scheduling and programming of works.
  • Ensuring that everyone undertaking work on the contract has the correct training and valid licenses.
  • Supporting the contract management system to ensure all maintenance or project activities are completed and contract performance requirements are met.
  • Conducting toolbox meetings, communicating policies, procedures and practices to work teams.
  • Assisting in the management of maintenance and construction projects in accordance with standards and risk management process.
  • Ensuring that whole life cycle costs for all assets are collated and inputted into systems and maintaining accuracy of data in these systems.
  • Developing and maintaining shift rosters, liaising with service coordinators on workload management, and ensuring resources are available to cover roster.
  • Coordinating incident response between maintenance crews.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction or high level of demonstrated work experience.
  • 5 years of experience in roads infrastructure environment.
  • Leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Knowledge of asset management and asset management systems is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license.
