Claims Handler

As a liability professional, you will be responsible for handling and assessing workers compensation claims from a liability perspective. You will work predominantly with psychological injuries under NSW WorkCover regulations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information. Your role will involve supporting case officers in making informed decisions and providing input into regular meetings with key stakeholders to drive outcomes.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with solid experience in handling workers compensation claims, preferably as a Senior Case Officer or Liability Specialist in the Workers Comp space. Experience with NSW legislation is highly desirable but not essential. An allied health background is also beneficial.
