As an Occupational Therapist with Real Therapy Solutions, you will be working closely with adults and children who require support with various presentations. Our unique approach focuses on getting the best possible health and employment outcomes for our clients.

Our Graduate PLUS program offers:

  • Intensive Induction Program to help you understand your role in supporting client goals
  • A reduced caseload for the first 3 months to allow you to get familiar with our team and processes
  • Ongoing supervision and training from experienced Occupational Therapists to ensure you feel confident and supported throughout your career
  • Quarterly professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Monthly coaching from Clinic mentors to help you achieve your career goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Full Australian work rights
  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA or eligibility to obtain
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current driver's license
  • Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain these before commencing work)
