The Digital Platforms & Content Manager is responsible for growing and nurturing the online community of a dynamic performing arts organisation.

About the Role

This full-time role involves creating compelling brand storytelling and optimised paid campaigns to drive deeper connection with new and current audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create industry-leading content that drives engagement with the orchestra and celebrates its offerings across various programs.
  • Develop and deliver a content and platform strategy to drive channel growth, brand amplification and revenue generation.
  • Drive strategic content distribution initiatives to engage new and existing audiences.
Paid Media
  • Plan, manage, track and report on digital media campaigns to support key events and productions.
  • Monitor ticket sales and adapt the campaign to market trends.
  • Contribute to post-campaign reports to ensure learnings are captured.
Channel Management
  • Manage social media channels to ensure a cohesive brand narrative and engaging tone of voice.
  • Lead evergreen and campaign content for social channels, email and website.
