Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Team Manager to lead a team of dedicated Claims Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high levels of customer service, prioritizing and allocating team portfolios, and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and motivate a team of Claims Consultants, ensuring they maintain skills and competencies and provide a high standard of service.
  • Prioritize and allocate team portfolios, including workload management.
  • Maintain highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide technical product, process, system, and compliance support.
  • Conduct performance reviews and assist with staffing requirements and recruitment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Previous Team Leader or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to effectively analyze and resolve problems and manage conflict with excellent communication skills.
  • Core focus on customer outcomes and relations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, decision-making skills, and ability to manage time and prioritize.
