Job Title:

Associate Director

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our leadership team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering data-focused engineering projects for our globally distributed client base.
  • They will work closely with our Director Client Strategy and Director Client Delivery to understand client needs and design and successfully deliver compelling market-leading solutions.
  • In addition, they will partner with Talent & Culture to develop and improve our technical professional development programs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with New Business and Client Partners through the pre-sales, sales, and delivery of projects.
  2. Design and deliver data-focused engineering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  3. Work closely with the engineering team to develop and improve technical skills and knowledge.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing project success.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex data engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical skills in data engineering, software engineering, and AI/ML.
