Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned research professional to join our team as a Research Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of market research studies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating research projects from design to analysis and reporting. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage all aspects of research projects, including questionnaire design, fieldwork coordination, data processing, and interpretation of results.
  • Research Design: Assist in designing research studies and proposals, ensuring successful and efficient project completion.
  • Data Analysis: Drive actionable insights from research data, consulting with clients to address their business needs and wants.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients across various industries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in market research, executing quantitative research studies.
  • Experience across various methodologies, online research a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client service oriented.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Highly motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in SPSS, Q an advantage.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, identifying causes and developing solutions.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
