The Position:
Our retail locations serve as more than just points of sale; they reflect our brand ethos. We are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Store Manager to lead our operations. A Typical Week:

  1. Forge new connections with a team that shares a love for fashion, fitness, and authentic customer relationships.
  2. Receive mentorship and skill enhancement from approachable and supportive Area Managers who are invested in your professional growth.
  3. Engage with a varied customer demographic, including frontline professionals, fitness aficionados, and those who appreciate activewear.
  4. Oversee the effective functioning of your store to meet sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), store presentation, visual merchandising, inventory management, labor costs, and loss prevention.
  5. Inspire your team to excel in KPIs and additional value targets across the store.
  6. Continuously track store performance to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals, recognizing exceptional achievements and pinpointing areas for improvement.
  7. Manage labor costs effectively, adhering to budgetary constraints and company scheduling standards.
  8. Guide and mentor your team to foster high morale and support their individual growth through training and development plans.
  9. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at both state and national levels.

To excel in this role, you will possess:
  1. Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a dynamic environment.
  2. A passion for leading and motivating a team to achieve their highest potential.
  3. A proactive and determined 'Make it Happen' mindset.
  4. The ability to think strategically to identify opportunities and a successful track record in driving sales and KPIs.
  5. Expertise in operational excellence, stock management, and visual merchandising.
  6. Experience in effectively managing schedules and labor costs.
