A Typical Week:

  6. Monitor store sales closely to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly objectives - recognize exceptional achievements and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  7. Effectively manage labor costs in-store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company scheduling standards.
  8. Coach and mentor your team to maintain high morale and support their individual development through training and succession planning.
