The Position:
Our retail locations are more than just venues for purchasing shoes; they represent our brand ethos. We are in search of an enthusiastic and dedicated Store Manager to oversee our operations. A Typical Week Includes:

  1. Building new relationships with a team that shares a passion for fashion, fitness, and fostering genuine connections with customers.
  2. Receiving mentorship and skill enhancement from approachable and engaging Area Managers who are invested in your personal and professional growth.
  3. Engaging with a diverse customer base, including frontline professionals, fitness enthusiasts, and those seeking stylish activewear.
  4. Ensuring the smooth operation of your store to meet sales targets, KPIs, store presentation standards, visual merchandising, inventory management, wage control, and minimizing losses.
  5. Inspiring your team to achieve key performance indicators and additional value targets across the store.
  6. Monitoring store sales closely to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual objectives—celebrating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
  7. Effectively managing labor costs in the store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company scheduling standards.
  8. Coaching and mentoring your team to maintain high morale and support their individual growth through training and succession planning.
  9. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and adhering to relevant legislation.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:
  1. Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a dynamic environment.
  2. A passion for leading and motivating a team to excel and perform at their best.
  3. A proactive and driven 'Make it Happen' mindset.
  4. The ability to think strategically to identify opportunities and a successful track record in driving sales and KPIs.
  5. Operational expertise with stock management and visual merchandising.
  6. Experience in effectively managing schedules and labor costs.
