Key Responsibilities:

- Unleash your creativity in curating wine lists, showcasing a selection of over 200 wines.
- Contribute to the development and training of employees, including effective management of wine inventory, regular stocktakes, and maintaining optimal stock levels to meet demand.
- Maintain meticulous stock control procedures, ensuring seamless service execution and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance within the venues.
