  • Develop strategic advisory services for clients and build relationships internally.
  • Maintain quality assurance frameworks and continually improve service efficiency and consistency.

**Requirements:**

  • 5 years of experience in insurance and/or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence decisions.
  • Effective collaboration skills and experience working in team-based environments.
