Insurance Litigation Specialist Role

Burgess Paluch Legal Recruitment is a highly regarded defendant insurance team in Victoria seeking an Insurance and Litigation Lawyer to join our growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act for major insurers brokers claims managers and policyholder clients in insurance litigation and advisory matters
  • Work on coverage disputes litigated claims and insurance and risk advisory matters for both insurers and high-end policyholders
  • Involve opportunities in public liability product liability professional indemnity and third-party property damage
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in litigation
  • Mid-Senior level of seniority
