Job Opportunity:

CSC is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Defence Relationship Manager. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key Defence contacts across Australia, collaborating with internal teams to support CSC's strategic goals, conducting research to develop effective account plans, delivering support services aligned with Defence's superannuation obligations, providing engaging education programs, and identifying and resolving operational issues through innovative strategies.

About You:

We are looking for an individual with Australian Citizenship who holds and maintains a Baseline Clearance, has RG146 qualification or ability to obtain, experience in either superannuation, financial or government services, a strong understanding of ADF structure and major bases nationwide, ability to build senior-level relationships and develop mutually beneficial client solutions, analytical, problem-solving, and result-driven skills, proven ability to drive results and influence others through effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion, ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, great interpersonal skills and professional presentation, collaborative team player who can also work independently, flexible and hybrid work arrangements, forward-thinking, innovative team environment with ongoing training and professional development opportunities, autonomy to shape your role while contributing to a supportive team, purpose-driven organisation that proudly serves those who serve Australia, access to CSC's structured competency framework for career development, and gender equality strategy that promotes equity and fosters inclusion across everything we do.
