Customer Liaison Specialist

This role is centered around fostering effective partnerships between the Chief Information Officer Group (CIOG), Defence Enabler partners, and Defence personnel.

The Customer Liaison staff member will be responsible for developing and executing customer engagement plans to facilitate targeted liaison and engagement with Defence personnel. This includes providing active representation of customer issues and requirements to CIOG.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, an innovative approach to work, and excellent communication skills, enabling them to influence and build trust with key stakeholders.

Our team forms part of the Directorate of Regional ICT Services (DRICTS), which serves as the representative body for the Chief Information Officer Group (CIOG) across all products and services delivered to Defence regional bases and sites in Australia and internationally.
