Our organization is implementing a major social reform in the country, which includes providing disability support to millions of Australians. As an Agency, we support participants with significant and permanent disabilities, as well as their families and carers. This new role awaits: we are looking for a talented individual to lead our Cyber Security and Resilience Branch. The team is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining a proactive detection and prevention program to counter insider threats.

The position involves using intelligence methodology with available data and technology to analyze staff behaviors and determine risk. You will provide mitigating advice to reduce harm to the Agency. The role requires a high level of decision-making and judgment, as you will be accountable under broad direction to undertake complex work that delivers quality outcomes across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing all-source intelligence fusion from technical and human sources
  • Producing relevant, timely, and actionable intelligence
  • Coordinating the intelligence collection processes of internal and external sources and agencies
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in intelligence or cyber security roles
  • Intelligence and/or security qualifications
  • A background or experience in the application of intelligence and detailed knowledge of the intelligence cycle
