Your Role

As a Risk & Intelligence Insights Analyst, you will shape smarter, more informed decisions across our business. Your analytical thinking, know-how, and risk expertise will turn complex data into clear, actionable intelligence. You will work closely with the Lead, Risk Intelligence Insights to uncover trends and develop insights that influence Retail Insurance Australia\'s risk strategy. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and contribute to high-impact executive reports as part of our first line of defence.


About You

You are naturally curious, analytical, and thrive on solving complex problems. You will bring:

  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for exploring diverse data sources to uncover insights.
  • Solid business acumen and the ability to connect data with strategic outcomes.
  • Experience working with both structured and unstructured data.
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Intelligence, Business, Economics, Statistics/Analytics, or a related field.
