About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a senior support professional. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to senior leaders, including diary management, travel arrangements, and expense claims.
  • Coordinating client events and internal meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Developing and implementing effective solutions to complex problems, demonstrating initiative and creativity.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role, or equivalent transferable skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
  • Effective communication skills, including telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
