Customer Success and Administration Assistant Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success and Administration Assistant to join our sales and customer service team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of solid admin or retail/customer service experience, with a desire to work in a company that encourages career growth.
The role involves servicing an existing customer base, qualifying potential new clients, and juggling multiple projects while maintaining excellent time management skills and customer satisfaction.
The key responsibilities include:
- Re-engaging with customers who have not purchased in a while
- Offering new products or solutions to existing customers
- Qualifying leads and clients
- Taking payments over the phone
- Answering technical queries and sending documentation to customers
- Attending home/trade shows (may involve interstate travel)
- Uploading customer projects into production
- Onboarding new clients
- Managing CRM systems (Focus and SAP)
- Preparing customer files for next stages
- Attending and contributing to monthly sales and team meetings
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a sales or retail customer service role
- Excellent customer service along with a sales savvy attitude
- A high level of communication both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills
- Ability to manage large or complex customer projects on a day-to-day basis
- Exposure to KPIs and managing budgets would be highly favourable
