The Role - A Day in the Life of a Business Development Trainer and Learning Specialist

As a Business Development Trainer and Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personalized training services to students, empowering them to build their confidence, knowledge, and careers. You will join a team of dedicated trainers and work closely with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering Accredited and Non-Accredited Training: Design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our students.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their goals.
  • Assessing Student Skills and Abilities: Assess student skills and abilities to tailor your training offering and provide targeted support.

Criteria for Success

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent.
  • Certificate IV Business or Leadership and Management.
  • Minimum 2 years' industry experience.
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • A recent, clear National Police Check.
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check.

With an estimated salary range of $70,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, this role offers a competitive remuneration package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
