Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join our team in a supportive and personalized learning environment.

Our school provides students with tailored individual plans, smaller class sizes, and a calm and quiet learning space that prioritizes student wellbeing and focused teaching.

As an educator at our school, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a experienced on-site team and be part of a broader group of educators working together to enhance student learning and outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and delivery of programs aligned to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
  • Writing curriculum adjustments for students
  • Planning, writing, and delivering structured lessons that differentiate and personalize the learning for each student
  • Embedding best practice pedagogy into lesson plans to engage students
  • Collaborating with colleagues to implement feedback and participate in coaching and mentoring programs
  • Supporting students with diverse learning needs through personalising their learning and tailoring Individual Plans (IPs)

Qualifications and Compliance

To be successful in this role, applicants must hold a current Tasmanian Teacher Registration and provide evidence of qualifications.

A National Police Check issued within three months prior to appointment, and annually thereafter is also required.
