Job Description

A landmark on the northwest coast, our hotel has been a staple since the early 1900s. This gaming venue features a lounge with state-of-the-art gaming machines and hosts local entertainment.

As a key member of our team, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Managing and maintaining gaming operations
  • Assisting patrons with food and beverage orders and general queries
  • Operating TAB services
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across all areas
  • Supporting food and beverage service in the Bistro and Burger Bar
  • Responding to general enquiries and handling customer complaints professionally
Requirements

We are seeking an individual who:

  • Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
  • Has knowledge of gaming machine regulations and compliance procedures
  • Is familiar with food and beverage products and services
  • Possesses a professional attitude and can work autonomously
  • Has a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG), or is willing to obtain these certifications
  • Can work a variety of night and weekend shifts, including public holidays
