Job Title:

Rehabilitation Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in supporting ADF personnel with physical and psychological injuries. This role requires a holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.

You will perform assessments, develop rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW)
    • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
      • Australian Citizenship
        • Strong clinical reasoning
          • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
            • Passion to help people rehabilitate
              • Occupational rehabilitation experience will be highly regarded
