As a Workforce Recovery Specialist, you will utilize your clinical expertise to support personnel who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries.

You will adopt a holistic approach, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to facilitate the journey from rehabilitation to optimal health.

Perform various assessments based on your area of specialization, including functional capacity evaluations and worksite assessments.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, encompassing employees, medical professionals, treatment providers and allied health specialists.

Develop and implement rehabilitation plans, grounded in service delivery outcomes rather than billable hours.

Experience a genuine person-centered focus and goal setting, accompanied by a healthy work-life balance with no overtime or outside-of-hours work required.

You will be supported and mentored through direct interaction and an extensive onboarding process, equipping you with the technical knowledge and skills necessary for success.
