Job Title: Grants And Relationships Lead

About This Opportunity:

The successful candidate will lead our grant development efforts, building strategic relationships with corporate and philanthropic trusts, foundations, research bodies, and government agencies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and cultivating new relationships to secure grant opportunities.
  • Researching and responding to relevant grants that align with our organization's purpose and revenue strategy.
  • Developing compelling grant submission content in collaboration with the team.
  • Maintaining accurate records within our CRM and Microsoft suite.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet deadlines and milestones.

Requirements Include:

  • Proven experience in a similar role with success in securing grant opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, as well as ability to build strategic relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills, including capacity to manage changing priorities and deliver work to tight deadlines.
  • Commitment to social justice and awareness of challenges faced by vulnerable clients.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft 365.

This is a fixed-term contract with possibility of extension. The successful candidate will represent our organization at forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings as delegated.
