Product Catalogue Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Catalogue Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the management of product data, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles and be able to develop and implement efficient processes for analysing, auditing, and managing quality data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a team to manage all product data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
  • Liaise with category management and suppliers to validate changes to our data
  • Identify areas for improvement in current processes and implement changes as necessary
  • Contribute to the development of the platform to ensure strategic objectives are met
  • Support the business with the product data helpdesk, investigating and resolving issues with a focus on customer service and excellence
Requirements
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and process data from different sources
  • Absolute attention to detail, with the ability to promptly and efficiently manipulate complex datasets
  • Excellent written skills, with the ability to develop product content into a consumer-friendly format
  • Excellent communications skills, with the ability to analyse and present findings to non-technical users and senior leadership teams
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly and adapt in a professional manner
  • Strong leadership skills and team management
