Quality Systems Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the role of Quality Systems Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating product specifications and quality data within our internal systems and customer platforms.

In this challenging and rewarding position, you will ensure data accuracy, timely updates, and manage the obsoletion process. You will also administer multiple customer portals, provide support for product change management, positive release programs, and quality-related queries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update product specifications in both our systems and customer systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer customer systems and provide training for teams on data management software.
  • Resolve quality queries, supplying necessary documentation such as certificates, specifications, and ingredient details.
  • Manage customer portals like Coles Fusion, WW Sphere, Partner Hub, etc.
  • Review and approve finished goods specifications.
  • Assist with national internal and external audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous quality experience in a data management or administrative capacity, particularly within a food manufacturing or quality systems environment.
  • Knowledge of managing specifications via data management software, including customer portals like Coles Fusion or WW PLMS.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Clear and partnering communication style, both written and verbal, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Agile mindset, able to self-prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
