Key Responsibilities:- Manage HACCP documentation and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead internal and external HACCP audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of labelling and nutritional information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and implement staff induction and training programs, including record-keeping and compliance.
- Conduct daily factory inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Manage HACCP record checks and daily inspections to identify and address any issues.
- Coordinate supplier compliance checks and record-keeping to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Investigate and report on customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and quality improvement.
- Develop and implement microbiological testing programs and analyze results to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Maintain current product specification sheets and create new ones as required.
- 5-10 years of experience in the food industry, with a strong background in HACCP, allergens, product specifications, labelling, and supply audit.
- Bakery industry experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality and safety issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
