Job Title: Lead Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to fill the position of Lead Educator. This role requires a strong background in early childhood education, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of educators.

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with the centre's philosophy;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children and staff;
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes;
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the centre's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care to children. This includes creating a child-friendly environment that supports wellbeing and learning, and working closely with parents and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and at least 2 years experience as a Lead Educator or similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of educators.
