Electrical Supervisor Job Opportunity

Career Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our on-site construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of electrical works, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversight of electrical supervision and associated trades
  • Understanding and communicating SCJV electrical safety standards and compliance
  • Driving consistency through results in works completion, including documentation
  • Interfacing with external work groups as part of rail and project-wide services trades
Requirements
  • Relevant electrical qualifications
  • Tier 1 experience in infrastructure projects or FIFO resources projects
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards and Codes of Practice
  • Experience with completions programs and Quality Assurance
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Able to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
