**National Manager Radiotherapy Education Job Description**

This role involves leading the development and delivery of evidence-based, patient-centred clinical education and training to ensure the RT workforce has the right qualifications, skills, knowledge, and supervision to provide safe, high-quality health care.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing, implementing, and assessing RT education programs, managing educational resources, and providing RT experience related to educational issues within the organization.
  • Supporting the collaborative engagement of RT staff to achieve strategic goals.
  • Leading change and organisational improvement strategies in RT; Leading the evaluation of RT practice to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development of the organisation's culture and reputation by demonstrating behaviours and attitudes that are consistent with its vision and values.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you will contribute to the growth and development of the RT team by promoting excellence in radiation therapy education and practice.
