Lead a Team of Allied Health Professionals

At our Early Intervention Centre, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Manager to lead and develop our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified psychologist, speech pathologist, occupational therapist, BCBA, social worker, registered teacher or early childhood educator to join our centre and contribute to the exceptional outcomes of our young clients.

The successful candidate will have considerable experience in autism early intervention and paediatric allied health, with a qualification in one of the above fields. They will also be provided with training in the Early Start Denver Model if not already certified.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of allied health professionals and educators to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and effectiveness of our services.
  • Work closely with our administration team to ensure smooth operations and support our clients and staff.

Requirements:
  • Qualification in psychology, speech pathology, occupational therapy, BCBA, social work, teaching or early childhood education.
  • Considerable experience in autism early intervention and paediatric allied health.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
